1. Introduction

Welcome to Insight Ninja ("Service"), operated by Green Ninja ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Insight Ninja provides a tool for teachers to administer assessments in their classrooms and quickly analyze the results of student work.

3. Eligibility

Insight Ninja teacher accounts are for educational professionals. Students are not authorized to create teacher accounts. For students that attempt to access the site in violation of the terms, we will make efforts to contact the teachers and inform them of this academic misconduct.

For students under 13, the school/district provides consent on behalf of parents when a teacher adds a student to their classroom roster within Insight Ninja.

4. Google Account Authentication

To access certain features, you may choose to sign in using your Google account.

By authorizing Google OAuth access, you grant the Service permission to access only the Google account information and permissions that you explicitly approve during the authorization process.

The specific information accessed, how it is used, and how it is protected are described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at:

The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and delete information obtained through the Service and through various authentication methods such as Google, Classlink, and Clever.

6. User Responsibilities

• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
